We've added a function to our site where the weight of each product is used to calculate shipping costs. This took great effort to weigh every single product on our site, but was worth it.
It will mainly benefit non-UK customer who previously paid £28 for any order to be shipped overseas. We now have weight based pricing and makes it much more attractive for non-UK customers to buy the products from us.
For UK customers we have reduced the shipping for orders under 300g to £2.95. All orders over 300g will be charged at our one low rate of £3.95.
We will always look to make savings on shipping and pass them onto our customers.
